The Public Works Department will be flushing the ENTIRE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. according to the following schedule:

Spring Flushing... on or about Week of April 14 through April 18, 2008.
Fall Flushing... on or about Week of October 6 to October 11, 2008.

Residents could experience discolored water or a drop in pressure any time during this period.

The Public Works Department may flush specific areas of the system at any time during the year on Wednesday, or as required, in an effort to relieve any rust sediment problems, Fire Department drills are held on Monday nights, normally, and may utilize fire hydrants for training purposes.
